Fan testing,
built right in.
Not one promise. A connected set of capabilities — from design and precision manufacturing to testing and project support.

THROUGH PRODUCTION↗
Fan manufacturing.
Build consistency.
Automated fabrication, appropriate materials and structural design work together. Accuracy is considered at each stage, not only at final inspection.
Precision starts with the component.
Automated sheet processing helps maintain consistent component geometry before forming and assembly.
Shape, with control.
Controlled bending and hydraulic forming support repeatable fabricated parts and application-specific housings.
A connected fabrication process.
Robotic welding forms part of the production workflow, bringing controlled joining into fan manufacturing.
Finish for the environment.
Material selection and anti-oxidation powder coating are considered alongside the specified operating conditions.
A coordinated route from component geometry to fabricated structure and protective finish.

The duty shapes
the engineering.
We review the application, operating point and installation before confirming a product configuration. Materials, structural details and system components are considered in that context.
Test fan performance.
Review the evidence.
Laboratory and production checks connect fan performance with measured data. Test scope and required records are agreed for the equipment and project.
Airflow, under examination.
Dedicated fan testing infrastructure supports performance measurement and verification.
Balancing the rotating assembly.
Mechanical checks form part of the inspection process.
Examining the material.
Material and strength checks support product-quality review.

Confidence has
a paper trail.
Laboratory, management-system and specialist equipment documents serve different purposes. Review the evidence relevant to your project.
CNAS laboratory
Laboratory accreditation documentation, with the applicable testing scope to be confirmed for the requested assessment.
ISO 9001 · 14001 · 45001
Quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management-system documentation.
Nuclear design & manufacturing
Civil nuclear safety equipment licenses. Product type, safety scope and project requirements are reviewed individually.
Different evidence.
Different applications.
CCS
Marine product type approval for the covered equipment.
CCC
Explosion-proof product approvals for specified models.
AMCA membership
Association membership, distinct from Certified Ratings.
Documents shown are supplied company records. Please request current copies and confirm validity, covered models and scope for your project. An approval for one product does not apply automatically to the full range. AMCA membership is not a product-performance certification.

Support that stays
with the specification.
A clear technical conversation connects product selection with manufacturing, verification and the handover to your team.
Understand the application
Review the duty, operating environment, installation and required documents.
Confirm the configuration
Discuss fan type, material, drive arrangement and supporting components.
Coordinate production & checks
Align manufacturing and inspection with the agreed technical scope.
Prepare the handover
Coordinate packing, delivery information and after-sales communication.
Ask the questions
that matter.
Practical points for a supplier assessment or a project specification.
01Does one certificate cover every fan?
No. Each document has a defined scope. Ask for current copies, covered models and relevant test records for the equipment you are specifying.
02How should an AMCA requirement be reviewed?
The membership certificate shown here records association membership. For any requirement for AMCA Certified Ratings, ask our team for model-specific evidence rather than relying on membership alone.
03Can we discuss project-specific testing?
Share your specification, selected equipment and required test records. The team can review the requested test scope and documentation before the order is confirmed.
04What determines delivery and packing arrangements?
The product configuration, order quantity, inspection requirements and destination all inform the discussion. Delivery timing and packing details are confirmed in the quotation and order arrangements.
